• Your business has been operating for at least 12 months (sole traders must have been operating for at least 4 years)
• Bank details for payment
• Details of cardholders and vehicles
Where can you use your FleetCard fuel card?
You can use FleetCard at over 6,100 fuel stations across Australia, including Woolworths, BP Connect, Mobil, 7-Eleven, Liberty, Ampol, Shell, and Reddy Express. FleetCard is accepted at over 90% of fuel stations nationwide.

What security features does FleetCard offer?

What fees will I pay?
There are nomonthly management fees, just a monthly card fee. Other fees to take no of:
• Dishonour fee: $30
• Late payment: $60 plus a percentage of your balance
• Interest: 51 days interest-free, then 0.07% per day if the balance isn’t paid in full
• Over limit fee: Admin fee + 10% of the balance over the limit
• Paper statements: $10 per document (free via email)
• Replacement card fee: $15 per card
