What are the different card types available?
There are three different types of cards: 1/ Driver and Vehicle card - This card has both driver and registration details printed on it so only the driver in the given vehicle is allowed to use the card. 2/ Driver Only card - This card will have a nominated driver with that person's name printed on it. Only the nominated driver is eligible to use this card. There is a signature panel attached to this card, which must be signed on receipt. When using this card, a signature is required for validation. 3/ Vehicle Details card - This card is specific to a vehicle registration, make, model and colour or just a registration number. The vehicle details will be printed on the card, so anyone driving the vehicle has access to it. This card can therefore only be used in conjunction with the vehicle whose registration is printed on the card. This card requires no signature panel and therefore signature authorisation for use.
What product can I buy with a 7-Eleven Fuel Card
Product controls available are grouped into Fuel Only, Fuel and Vehicle Expenses and All products. You can choose one of these groups or your can customise the products within your controls.

What is the difference between 7-Eleven Fuel Pass and 7-Eleven Fuel Card?
Following a rebrand from the 7-Eleven Fuel Card to the 7-Eleven Fuel Pass there was one major change to the fees. It swapped from a transaction-fee-based card (with $0.00 monthly fees per card and $0.39c per transaction), to no transaction fees at 7-Eleven stations and a $2.50p/m card fee.
Can I use a 7-Eleven Fuel Pass for non-fuel purchases?
Yes, the 7-Eleven Fuel Pass can be used for in-store non-fuel purchases. You can also choose what transactions you and your staff can make, with three different options: fuel-only, fuel and vehicle services or all these services and spending in the 7-Eleven shop.
What are the main fees for a 7-Eleven Fuel Pass?
The 7-Eleven Fuel Pass has a monthly fee of $2.50 plus GST per card. It has an additional card fee of $8 per card.
