The Motorpass card is accepted by nearly 11,000 merchants. This includes BP, Woolworths/Safeway, Shell, Coles Express, Ampol, Caltex, 7-Eleven, Mobil and most independent fuel provider.

Does the WEX Motorpass card provide additional services?

You can also use your card with Motorpass partners as Beaurepaires, Kmart Tyres & Auto, Ultratune, O'Brien, Secure Parking and a wide range of other partners.

Does this card offers Roadside assistance and at which cost?

The WEX Motorpass Roadside Assistance option is offered based on individual vehicle types. Passenger vehicle (0 to 3.5 tonnes) - $99 (excl. GST) per vehicle, per year Light Commercial Vehicle (3.5 to 12 tonnes) - $249 (excl. GST) per vehicle, per year

Can I personnalize this card for different situations at different site?

You can personalise the card so that it is a Vehicle Only Card which is specific to a vehicle registration number so anyone driving the vehicle has access. It can also be a Driver Only Card. In this case, this will have a nominated cardholder/driver, so only the nominated driver can use it. finally, you can have a Vehicle and Driver Card. In this case, both driver and vehicle registration info are registered, so that only a specific driver can use the card.

Are there any discounts for fuel when using the WEX Motorpass Card?

The WEX Motorpass Card does offer fuel discounts when you fill-up with 50L or more fuel.

Yes, the WEX Motorpass Card can be used for non-fuel purchases.

What are the main fees for the WEX Motorpass card?

While WEX Motorpass can be used at 93% of fuel stations Australia wide, this benefit does come with some fees (at least compared to its smaller competitors).

You'll pay anywhere between $5 - $3.85 per card per month (depending on how many cards you have). To get an additional card, it’s another one-time payment of $8.00, while a replacement card is also $8.00.

There is also a $60 late payment fee (+5.82% of the overdue amount), plus a $0.50 transaction fee on all purchases at all stations, except Coles Express where it’s a flat 2% surcharge).

The fees are totally incorrect in this article. Card fee is $7.48 per month per card, charged an extra .75 cent surcharge everytime you use the card and then every service station charges an extra 2% to use this card – this fee is hidden as they add it to the cost of your fuel! Most expensive fuel card on the market! No savings whatsoever for Business
