Eligibility generally requires an active ABN and someone authorised to sign for the business, whether that’s a sole trader, a director, or an authorised representative of a larger company. Fleet size doesn’t usually factor into eligibility itself, just into which card makes financial sense, so a single-vehicle sole trader and a 40-vehicle logistics business go through broadly the same application process. The main things that can affect approval are how long the ABN has been active and whether the applicant is actually authorised to open credit on the business’s behalf.
