The BP Plus card is accepted at over 1,400 BP service stations across Australia, covering both metropolitan and regional areas. Beyond fuel, cardholders can also transact at Wild Bean Cafes and BP carwash facilities.
For fleets that include electric vehicles, BP Plus now extends to the bp pulse charging network, giving drivers access to over 250 rapid and ultrafast charge points nationally — all billed through the same account and under the same payment terms as fuel.

BP Plus operates on a no-transaction-fee model, with monthly card fees that scale based on the number of cards held. Pricing tiers are available to accommodate fleets of varying sizes, and EV charging transactions are incorporated into the existing invoicing arrangement rather than managed separately.

Fleet administrators can manage both fuel and EV charging through the BP Plus Online portal, with the ability to set card-level permissions — including restricting individual cards to EV charging only.

Cards enabled for EV charging also attract a 2 cents per kWh discount off the standard charge rate, and eligible Qantas Business Rewards members earn 1 Qantas Point per 2kWh charged through the bp pulse network.

PIN Protection
  • Personal Identification Number (PIN) - the preferred security measure, PINs can be used for vehicle specific cards and for those cardholders who prefer a PIN instead of a signature. BP Plus allows customers to either change their PIN numbers through BP Plus Online, or through the EFTPOS terminal at a BP Site. Signature - used in cases where the card will only be used by an individual cardholder.
Purchase Limits
  • Purchase limits - can also be nominated on individual cards and will restrict purchases by time, volume or dollars.
Odometer reading
  • Odometer readings - when selected, cardholders will be prompted to supply odometer readings to the console operator at time of purchase. The use of odometer readings provides additional tracking measures for the organisation.

What sort of discount will I receive with the BP Plus card?

BP have an ongoing discount scheme with 2c off per litre on regular petrol and diesel, and 3c off per litre off premium 95 and 98 grade fuel such as their BP Ultimate range in both petrol and diesel. All BP Plus customers benefit from up to 51 days interest free credit. It also gives access to negotiated savings across BP's Merchant network. Some major accounts are eligible for a discount based on the volume of fuel purchased per annum, however many businesses choose to become BP Plus account holders without a discount, simply because of all the great benefits.

What kind of control can I put in place on my card?

Purchase restrictions can be placed on each BP Plus card to limit transactions to only those types of products required. Restriction can concern the nature of the fuel that is authorised for purchase (e.g.. only regular unleaded), or the nature of products. Other cards can for example be used for fuel, oil and servicing

Where can I use the BP Plus card for Fuel?

It can be used at any of the 1,400 BP Service Stations nationally. BP's network includes Beaurepaires, Bridgestone, Ultra Tune, Bob Jane T-Marts, Goodyear Tyre and Auto Centers, and Windscreens O'Brien. These suppliers also offer exclusive specials to BP Plus cardholders.

Are there BP discount codes?

Often times BP run promotional discounts targeting competing fuel card brands. i.e. searching for "7-Eleven Fuel Cards" may trigger an ad that leads to you to a special landing page on the BP website.

Can I use BP Plus Card for non-fuel purchases?

You can use BP Plus Card to access a network of non-fuel merchants including Beaurepaires, Bob Jane T-Marts, Bridgestone, O’Brien Autoglass, Tyrepower and Ultra Tune. BP Plus cards can also be used for warranty servicing at participating car dealerships.

What are the main fees for BP Plus Card?

You'll pay a monthly fee of $2.20 per card ($26.40 per annum). If there are two or less cards, the monthly fee per card is $4.95 (inc GST).
